Job Qualifications
Six years of experience in retail, food, or services operations with at least one year of experience managing and/or overseeing services, vendor, or concession operations. General administrative experience, with knowledge of common business concepts and practices is required.
One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

Bachelor's degree and four years of experience in retail, food, or services operations with at least one year of experience managing and/or overseeing services, vendor, or concession operations. General administrative experience, with knowledge of common business concepts and practices is required.

Training Requirement: Successful completion of Services Business Manager (SBM) Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) training course is required within 7 days of placement into the position.

Major Duties
Oversees and administers concession contracts to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements. Manages multiple restaurant concession agreements, ensuring alignment with contract provisions regarding name brand fast food (NBFF) guidelines and Exchange standards. Responsible for financial oversight, including daily revenue reconciliation and fixed asset management.
Conducts market trend analysis, prepares financial and performance metrics, monitors budgets, expenses, and profitability to support strategic decision-making.
Acts as a contracting officer's representative for administration and oversight of Exchange agreements. May handle contract development and/or negotiation in accordance with Exchange objectives and policies.
Provides guidance and offers resolutions to maintain effective services operations that drive the customer experience and meet business objectives. Ensures compliance to corporate and local policies and procedures and that the highest standards of the customer experience are met.
Performs other duties as assigned.
