Line Cook � Grill Experience

We are seeking a skilled line cook with grill experience to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in execution, understands timing and temperature, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Responsibilities:

� Execute grill station with consistency and precision

� Properly cook steaks, proteins, and other grill items to spec

� Maintain strong ticket awareness and timing during service

� Assist with prep, stocking, and station setup

� Ensure cleanliness and organization of the grill station

� Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

� Previous grill experience required (steakhouse or high-volume preferred)

� Strong understanding of temperatures, doneness, and resting

� Ability to work efficiently under pressure

� Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

� Reliable and punctual
