Physician (MD/DO) – Waitsburg Family Clinic

Location: Waitsburg Family Clinic – Waitsburg, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week  

Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000 annual salary              

             
Flexible Scheduling | 32-Patient Facing Hours; 8 Administrative Hours

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our rural health team as a clinical leader. In this role, you will not only provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages but also guide and inspire the team, fostering collaboration and excellence in care delivery. Your leadership will help shape strategies to improve health outcomes and strengthen our commitment to the community.

Qualifications

  • Active Washington State Physician and Surgeon or Osteopathic Physician and Surgeon license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Primary Care experience is preferred
     

 

Responsibilities

  • Providers see an average of 15 patients per day
  • Provide comprehensive care in a rural health system
  • Support patient education on chronic disease management and lifestyle changes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in population health initiatives
  • Provide new employee or student oversight in collaboration with Clinic Director
  • Contribute to our integrated approach to healthcare.
  • We offer behavioral health and dental services, alongside family practice so our patients receive comprehensive care
