What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire Your Team: Coach and empower Beauty Hosts, set clear objectives, celebrate successes, and provide constructive feedback to drive growth and excellence.

  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Create memorable moments, personalized advice, and build long-term relationships through clienteling.

  • Drive Sales & Performance: Set goals, track KPIs, drive the commercial focuses and support the team in achieving sales targets and boutique profitability.

  • Coach for Success: Develop your team’s know-how and level of guest service to maximize guest satisfaction.

  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Own the commercial execution in the store as per standards and ensure operational activities are running flawlessly.

  • Represent the Brand: Uphold the Maison’s heritage, values, and sustainability commitments, maintain boutique appearance and service standards, and collaborate on merchandising and events.

  • Adapt & Innovate: Encourage innovation, adapt quickly to changing priorities, via a solution-focused approach
