About the Position:
This hybrid role combines on-site customer support responsibilities with branch warehouse operations. The Site Support (Hybrid) position will spend approximately 50% of time at customer locations delivering front-line service and 50% supporting internal warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving. This role requires flexibility, strong customer focus, and the ability to adapt between environments to meet business and customer needs.

Customer Site Support Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordination with internal departments.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, scheduling, and product delivery.
- Accurately enter quotes and orders using ERP system (Prophet 21).
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Support and utilize automated and semi-automated systems (e.g., vending machines, wireless warehouse solutions)
- Monitor and maintain customer-specific inventory levels, including Min/Max and safety stock.
- Act as a liaison between Account Managers, Specialists, Customer Experience, and other departments.
- Follow all customer-specific guidelines, safety procedures, and on-sire requirements.
- Continuously build knowledge of Stellar products, services, and programs.
Warehouse Operations Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack and process customer orders and transfers using ERP and warehouse systems.
- Prepare shipments with proper documentation, labeling, and carrier systems (e.g., UPS)
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory and purchase orders.
- Put away stock in designated warehouse locations in a timely and organized manner.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts, as trained) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet branch operation goals.
- Communicate proactively with leadership regarding issues, delays, or improvement opportunities.
