Aventura at Shiloh Springs is looking for a skilled and compassionate PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) to join our dedicated in-house rehab team. If you’re passionate about helping residents maximize communication, swallowing, and cognitive abilities, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality evaluations and treatments for residents in our SNF/LTC community

• Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team focused on exceptional resident care

• Document services accurately and timely

What We’re Looking For:

• Current SLP/CCC licensure in Ohio

• Strong clinical skills and dedication to person-centered care

• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working PRN hours

• Passion for serving the geriatric population
