Registered Nurse Night Shift - Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus!!!

Job Summary

Mount Joseph at Waterville, a respected healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. As a nurse on the night shift, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence

  • Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

  • Current nursing licensure in the state of Maine

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a RN

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse patient populations
