Job Description

Mission Details

•    Lead and oversee General Ledger and RTR operations within the Shared Services Centre, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across all in-scope entities.
•    Demonstrated proficiency in end-to-end accounting functions, including cost accounting, Balance Sheet/profit and loss variance analysis.
•    Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, financial controls framework, and statutory requirements.
•    Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses to maintain strong governance and reporting integrity.
•    Act as the RTR subject matter expert, managing escalations and providing technical accounting guidance.
•    Establish and monitor team KPIs and OLAs, ensuring operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
•    Lead, develop, and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture and strong succession pipeline.
•    Optimize resource allocation, strengthen internal controls, and support transitions or scope expansions within the SSC environment.

Required Profile

•    Recognized degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant disciplines; or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA
•    7 years and above relevant work experience with at least 2 years in supervisory position
•    Experience in Shared Services Centre/ MNC/ Big Four will be advantageous.
•    Demonstrate extensive knowledge and understanding of proper accounting treatment for record to report transactions and activities
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skill with good command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Proficiency in SAP system, OneStream and computer applications (Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Excel, Words, PowerPoint, etc.).
•    Strong team management٫ negotiation and problem-solving skills.
•    Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
