Your main mission is :





  • Provides administrative support to Buyers and handles administrative requests related to purchasing activities 








  • Manages Supplier Master Data (supplier creation, supplier changes) upon request from Buyers 








  • Manages purchase transactions in Purchasing IT systems (SAP, Ivalua) in accordance with applicable standards of OPmobility (spot orders and open orders) 








  • Complies with the company's purchasing policies and procedures.




 


Your ideal profile is : 





  • Graduated high school




  • 2 years of experience in a similar position  








  • Good knowledge of SAP MM 








  • Good knowledge of internet usage 








  • Knowledge MS Office 








  • Beneficial : Knowledge of Ivalua purchasing platform or similar system 








  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills 








  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, expected for communication within the organization 








  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitasking 








  • Rigorous
