Job Description

Position Title: Senior Executive Support

Position Overview:

S2Technologies is actively seeking a Senior Executive Support professional to provide executive support services to senior leadership within the Science and Technology Directorate's Office of Space and Counterspace (SCS).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules.
  • Draft, edit, and review executive-level correspondence, guidance, and summaries.
  • Process travel orders and related documentation.
  • Develop and maintain office-level Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and special events.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  • Prepare executive-level briefs and summaries as needed.
  • Assist in creating visual charts, graphics, and presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior Executive Assistant (EA) role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level in fast-paced, high operational tempo environments.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI

Education: BA in HR or Administration

Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000

Location: Reston VA 20191
