Who We’re Looking for


We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving incoming shipments, organizing parts and materials, documenting part quantities received, and assisting with other related tasks.

With the use of digital tools, your experience, and industry standards you will…

  • Inspect incoming freight for shortages and damage 

  • Document all inaccurate freight shipments

  • Enter freight received into the ERP system

  • Rotate and organize parts and materials efficiently to maintain a well-structured warehouse environment

  • Receive and process incoming parts and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Assist supervisor with additional tasks and projects as needed



Experience and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Computer skills required: 

    • Spreadsheet Software (Excel/Google Sheets)

    • Manufacturing Software 

    • Inventory Software

    • Word Processing software (Word/Google Docs)

    • Electronic Mail Software (Google) 


Desired Skills

  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills

  • Experience with operating a forklift safely

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
