  • Solves requests forwarded by the Service Desk.
  • Solves technical problems with hardware and software searching knowledge base for solutions or contacting manufacturer.
  • Documents solutions in the ITSM Knowledge Base.
  • Supports other IT colleagues in their rollout projects.
  • Plans, coordinates and executes own rollouts for hardware and/or software incl. instruction and training for employees.
  • Supports initial training of colleagues.
  • And other Duties as assigned.
