Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator to work on our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating cranes for complex projects, including pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

  • Operate cranes safely and efficiently for various construction activities
  • Perform pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts according to project specifications
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and rigging teams to execute lifts accurately
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of crane operating experience in heavy construction
  • Proven experience with pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed
  • NCCCO Certifications required, including LBC, TLL, TSS
  • Strong understanding of load charts, rigging, and lift planning
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
