A day-to-day glimpse of responsibilities includes the following:

• Learning racking techniques that optimize part quality and quantity
• Building racks to optimize quantity of new product
• Understanding and using proper post-plating procedures for rinsing and drying parts
• Following inspection and packaging procedures

The person in this position must be able to learn the daily essential responsibilities and goals to produce successful results.

All full-time positions offer attractive compensation and benefits that include ESOP stock allocation, 401(k) match, a company health clinic, medical, dental, life and disability insurance, volunteer time off, along with holiday pay and paid time off.

The base pay rate for this position is $17.00-$19.00 per hour with a 15% shift differential, resulting in an adjusted starting wage of $19.55-$21.85 per hour.
