General Summary:
The HR Manager plays a key role in supporting the organization’s workforce across multiple service lines and regional locations. This position manages full‑cycle recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations. The HR Manager serves as a trusted partner to supervisors and department leaders, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and fostering a positive, compliant, and high‑performing workplace culture.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee new‑hire onboarding, ensuring compliance with credentialing, licensure, and background requirements.
- Facilitate new‑hire orientation and coordinate with IT, facilities, and compliance teams.
- Ensure timely completion of mandatory training and documentation.
- Analyze turnover trends to support retention strategies.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and support roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Manage job postings, interview support, and offer processes.
- Build relationships with nursing programs, community partners, and staffing agencies.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to reduce time‑to‑hire.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee concerns, questions, and workplace issues.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend corrective actions in partnership with the HR Director.
- Coach supervisors on performance documentation, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Support performance review cycles and assist with performance improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS; generate reports as needed.
- Support payroll changes, timesheet corrections, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare‑specific regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission).
- Assist with policy updates, audits, and accreditation preparation.
- Track licensure, certifications, and mandatory training requirements
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Assist with DEI efforts, wellness programs, and culture‑building activities.
- Provide training to supervisors on HR processes and best practices.
- Periodic travel between regional office locations, as needed.
- Follows company policies to ensure consistent and compliant job performance.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
