Operations, Incident & Problem Management

• Resolve incidents, drive RCA, and implement corrective actions within agreed SLAs.

• Monitor IBP batch chains, CPI-DS/SDI interfaces, and publication to ECC/S4.

• Manage job holds/releases, MEC/WD calendars, and ensure stable global planning runs across APR, EMEA, and AME regions.

Collaboration & Governance

• Partner with Product Owners, AMS partners, and cross-functional ERP, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and EIM/BW teams.

• Work with Basis and Infrastructure teams on release cycles, patching, and system availability topics.

• Contribute to guilds and knowledge-sharing forums, maintaining runbooks and solution documentation.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Identify automation and simplification opportunities across IBP/APO operational flows.

• Participate in planning projects, proof-of-concepts, and capability upgrades.

• Support training, onboarding, and process adoption for end users where necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP implementation and/or support.

• Strong functional knowledge of planning processes: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply.

• Good understanding of integration with ECC/S4, BW/BI (QxP/Helios), and CPI-DS/SDI.

• Experience designing functional specs, solution documentation, and test scenarios.

• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret planning data.

• Solid communication skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
