Shift:  1


Start Time:  8:15am   End Time:  5:00pm


Posted Salary: Salary commensurate with experience


Job Description:


This role contributes to the fulfillment of the university's strategic mission and vision through providing outstanding, proactive customer service to visiting prospective students and families. The program manager focuses on the coordination of the daily visit program, including group and individual visits, while working collaboratively with key constituents throughout the campus community.


Minimum Qualifications:


Education/experience/licensing:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum two to four (2-4) years of undergraduate admission experience required.
• Successful supervisory experience with prior experience supervising student staff in an admissions office preferred.
• Development and implementation of strategic plans related to higher education initiatives preferred.
• Experience managing a budget preferred.
• Familiarity and experience with a CRM system preferred.
• Attention to detail, personal integrity, positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well with others highly desired.
• Understanding and workings of social media vehicles
Communication and other skills:
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to anticipate needs and maintain resourcefulness
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Competency supervising staff and students
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and diverse populations
• Critical thinking/analytical reasoning
• Flexibility/Adaptability - Ability to multi-task
• Demonstrates core competencies such as Leadership & Strategy, Innovation, Customer Service Excellence, and Professionalism & Respect.
