We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Junior Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, the creator space, and digital marketing, and who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced influencer marketing environment. You will assist with campaign coordination, influencer communication, and administrative tasks to support the broader team.
Key Responsibilities
• Support senior team members in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
• Assist in researching and identifying relevant influencers across social platforms based on campaign briefs.
• Help coordinate influencer outreach and manage initial communications.
• Track influencer deliverables and content deadlines using internal project management tools.
• Compile and organize influencer campaign data for reporting purposes.
• Monitor social media channels for campaign content and flag any compliance issues.
• Assist with the preparation of campaign recaps and performance reports.
• Handle administrative tasks including contract tracking, invoicing support, and database updates.
Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field (internship experience counts).
• Genuine interest in influencer marketing, the creator economy, and social media trends.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear and professional written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
