As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable shopping experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Help customers find the perfect pair of boots through product knowledge and personalized service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Collaborate with your team to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction
• Stay informed on product features, promotions, and store policies

Who We’re Looking For:

• A people-focused individual with a passion for helping others
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or GED

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements: 

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
