Job Description

Job Expectation:

A Breakfast Server is primarily responsible for setting up the buffet, aiding in food & beverage areas including busing, cleaning, resetting tables.  This position will be located in a food outlet offering breakfast items.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

•     Prepare excellent food and beverage products for our guests.

•     Be proactive to the needs of our guests by suggestive selling Food and Beverage.

•     Assist in food prep for special events/ banquets.

  • Follows property control audit standards and cash handling procedures.
  • Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
  • Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
  • Complete restaurant opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools.
  • Cleaning all equipment areas, locking equipment doors, etc.
  • Set up stock and maintain work areas.
  • Prepare food, coffee and other beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • No prior experience is required, but is preferred.

Physical requirements:

  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
  • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print).
  •  Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
