Duties:
- Provide friendly, professional assistance to all members utilizing the spa services.
- Warmly greeting members as they enter the spa area and providing personal service.
- Provide robes and slippers to spa guests and guides them through locker room to relaxation lounge.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly lounge and locker room.
- Stock towels and other items as needed.
- Review guest appointments/schedules as needed.
- Ensure all club rules are followed by members and guests.
- Insures that the reception areas are professional in appearance.
- Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all members.
- Communicate up-to-date pertinent information to spa members and guests.
Qualifications:
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships with Reynolds Members.
- Represent the company with integrity and dedication.
- Ability to interact with all members and guests effectively with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong follow through skills.
- Must be able to meet members in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Current CPR/First Aid (or willing to receive within 90 days).
- Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
