Job Description

Pipeline Position

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the Project Manager in overseeing daily BOS operations and ensures execution of work in accordance with the PWS. The APM coordinates across functional areas, supports workforce management, monitors performance metrics, and assists in maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and operational requirements. The APM plays a key role in managing work order flow, supporting transition activities, and ensuring responsiveness to Government priorities, including emergency and urgent service requirements.


Tasks and Capabilities Required:

· Support PM in execution of all BOS services and daily operational oversight

· Coordinate work management activities across maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure teams

· Monitor service order execution (DMOs, PMOs, OWOs) and ensure timely completion

· Assist in implementation and enforcement of Quality Control Plan (QCP)

· Support coordination with COR/ACOR and respond to Government taskings and priorities

· Track workforce performance, productivity, and compliance with PWS requirements

· Assist with transition planning, reporting, and operational readiness efforts

Mandatory Job Experience and Certifications:

· Minimum 5 years of experience supporting BOS, facilities O&M, or similar service contracts (aligned to PWS scope and complexity)

· Experience supporting work management systems and service order execution (DMO/PMO environments)

· Demonstrated experience in coordinating multi-discipline teams and operational workflows

· Experience supporting Government contracts with performance-based requirements

Desirable Qualifications:

· Experience with GFEBS and ArMA systems

· Familiarity with Maximo or other CMMS platforms

· Experience supporting transition (phase-in/phase-out) activities

· Knowledge of Army DPW operations and maintenance processes

Education:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

(Desired) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business

Security Clearance:

Tier 1 (CAC eligibility / favorable investigation
