DELLA Auto Group is seeking a full-time Float Cashier to join our team. As a Float Cashier, you will work at multiple locations in Plattsburgh to cover for other cashiers' days away from work and you will play a significant role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience by providing exceptional customer service and efficiently processing all forms of payments. This is an individual contributor role within the Auto industry, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Accurately process all forms of payments including cash, credit card, and check

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions and addressing any concerns

- Maintain a neat and organized cashier area

- Process all paperwork and ensure accuracy in all transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively and efficiently

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

- Provide support to other departments as needed
