- Serves as a liaison between the Allen Parish School Board and outside agencies regarding data and reporting issues.
- Query, organize, and present data using lay language and in a manner that assists in the evaluation of program effectiveness as it relates to district initiatives and strategic plan implementation.
- Provides assistance in the troubleshooting of systems, portals and platforms, collection, analysis and interpretation of data, including, but not limited to, state assessment data, student demographics, curriculum, assessments and other data related to school and student improvement.
- Develops and provide professional learning opportunities for administrators and others in the use and analysis of student/program data to improve student performance and programs.
- Develops and maintain historical student and school data files to monitor and track performance.
- Collaborate with Testing and Accountability Supervisor regarding all relevant data.
- Compiles data from multiple assessments to develop student, subject, grade-level, or school achievement profiles.
- Disseminates and reports data to the appropriate individuals and agencies, when necessary.
- Oversees the training of district employees in the appropriate dissemination, collection, and submission of forms related to program data collection.
- Oversee responsibilities related to JCAMPUS and lead and support all Allen Parish School Board employees with the use of the system.
- Collaborate with Instructional Supervisor, CTE Supervisor, school leaders, counselors and student support specialists regarding course codes and master scheduling in JCAMPUS.
- Attends, plans and leads, as appropriate, training sessions and site meetings related to assigned responsibilities.
- Collaborate with school leaders to support, oversee and provide professional development in all responsibilities associated with school techs.
- Observe, evaluate, coach and direct the work of all District-Level IT personnel.
- Coordinates District-Level IT personnel and technology work orders.
- Observes, supervises and analyzes the effectiveness of programs for the assigned areas of responsibility.
- Oversee all responsibilities associated with technology inventory and the system.

- Plan for and present pertinent academic and LDOE updates at monthly administrator meetings and ongoing administrator professional development.
- Attend professional development and certify in Louisiana Educator Rubric and Louisiana Leader Rubric and renew annually, if needed.
- Serve as district test monitor when requested by Testing and Accountability Supervisor.
- Participate in System Leader Call monthly.
- Serve as a district ILT member, when relevant.
