Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming demeanor 
• Manage appointment scheduling and complete check-out procedures with accuracy 
• Execute retail sales strategies to drive results and enhance client satisfaction
• Collaborate in team meetings with the General Manager and staff to stay aligned on goals, updates and initiatives
• Maintain clear, professional communication with guests and team members
• Contribute to individual and team success by actively participating in goal-setting and performance discussions
• Support the planning and execution of in-store marketing events and promotional displays

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in the beauty industry
• At least 2 years of experience in retail
• Experience in a salon and spa setting preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for guest service

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing front-line support to both team members and guests.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

Schedule & Availability:

• We're looking for candidates with flexibility to work daytime, weekday and weekend shifts. This is a full-time role averaging 35 hours per week.
