If you think in offers, copy, and conversion, understand how marketing and sales work together in home services, and want real ownership over growth, this role is a chance to operate at a higher level. You’ll run marketing like a business, not a department, with clear authority, real expectations, and a scoreboard tied to qualified leads and revenue.
At Rapid Home Service Group, we’re not a one size fits all contractor. We build and scale specialized home service brands designed to dominate their lane. Roofing, decking, and more coming fast. We're looking to become a 100M portfolio of brands.
We own and operate brands like Rapid Roofing and BOSS Decks, each focused exclusively on doing one thing at the highest level, backed by strong systems, real budgets, and a leadership team that understands growth.
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to drive growth across the groups brands, build real marketing infrastructure, and turn ad spend into qualified leads and booked jobs.

We are not looking to teach someone the basics of this industry.

You are not expected to personally build every landing page, edit every video, or click every ad button.
You are expected to
- Create offers that convert in home services
- Shape messaging and copy that builds trust fast
- Set strategy and priorities
- Move initiatives forward quickly
- Hold execution resources accountable
We have tech staff, media, and vendors to help execute.
Your job is to make sure the right things get built and launched.
In addition, we expect you to be skilled enough to be hands on.
