    Position:  Confidential Secretary for the Personnel Department.

    Qualifications:
    1.   High school diploma; college degree or successful completion of a 2-year program in secretarial science at an accredited college preferred.
    2.   Shall successfully complete skills assessment.
    3.   Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, including database and spreadsheet experience.
    4.   Experience with personnel software (SchoolFi preferred)
    5.   Experience with employee attendance software (RedRover preferred)
    6.   Secretary or previous office experience required, with educational setting experience preferred.
    7.   Knowledge of office procedures and the operation of office equipment.
    8.   Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the general public.
    9.   Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, when needed.
    10.  Meticulous attention to detail is required: focus and accuracy over speed is essential.
    11.  Ability to maintain essential/confidential records and files.
    12.  Previous Human Resources/Personnel experience preferred.
    13. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
