Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking to take your career to the next level? Venza Care is seeking a PRN PT to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in Falkville, AL. This is your opportunity to lead, inspire, and transform lives in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

$50.00 - $55.00/ hour based on experience

What You'll Do:

1. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
3. Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
4. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
5. Mentor and guide therapy staff

What We’re Looking For:

1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
2. Current state PT license
3. 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
4. Strong clinical and leadership skills
5. Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
