Program Leadership & Strategy

• Vision & Philosophy: Establish a clear offensive and defensive identity for the entire program (Freshman, JV, and Varsity).
• Game Management: Oversee all aspects of game day, including scouting opponents, developing game plans, and making real-time tactical adjustments.
• Practice Planning: Design and execute high-intensity daily practices that focus on both individual skill development and team chemistry.

Player Development

• Mentorship: Act as a role model, emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and academic excellence.
• Off-Season Programs: Organize and lead summer leagues, open gyms, and weight-room conditioning programs.
• Recruitment Liaison: Assist student-athletes in the college recruitment process by communicating with college coaches and maintaining game film (Hudl).

Administrative & Operational Duties

• Budgeting: Manage the team budget for equipment, uniforms, and travel.
• Scheduling: Coordinate with the Athletic Director to finalize season schedules and transportation.
• Compliance: Ensure all players meet school and state (e.g., IHSA) and school eligibility requirements regarding grades and physicals.
