Full-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Clinic

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Join our dynamic therapy team at our new Santa Ana Outpatient Clinic and make a real difference in the lives of children and families. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to children with sensory, fine motor, feeding, and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) delays.



 



As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other therapists, including physical and speech therapists, to create comprehensive treatment plans that address each child's unique needs. Your expertise and dedication will empower children to develop essential skills for independence and success in everyday activities.



 



Responsibilities:




  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric clients, assessing sensory processing, fine motor skills, feeding, and ADL challenges.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each child.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (including physical therapy, speech therapy, and clinical support staff) to ensure holistic care and progress.

  • Provide family education and training to empower parents and caregivers in supporting their child's development at home.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay updated on the latest pediatric therapy techniques and best practices.
