BEEP SPEECH/LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS, ESY
POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide consultation and direct Speech and Language services to BEEP, K-8, High School and/or Post-Secondary/Transition students who require an Extended School Year (ESY), per their Individualized Education Program (IEP).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide direct services to students as indicated on caseload IEP
- Support students with a range of needs with communication and social skills
- Coordination of related service and service only student support
- Consult with ESY teachers
- Adapt as needed to changes in student and/or team response, available treatment locations, and educational activities
- Current authorization to work in the United States by the first day of employment
QUALIFICATIONS-PREFERRED:
- Massachusetts DESE Speech certification required
Schedule:
- July 6th-August 13th, 2026
- 9:00 - 2:00, Monday - Thursday - Hours, sites, ages and schedule are dependent on caseload
- Additional 5.5 hours for progress report writing
- Additional 30 minutes per day for planning
