Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer orders in ERP/CRM systems
- Expedite production orders and track delivery timelines
- Coordinate with production, operations, and shipping teams
- Request and submit Mill Test Reports (MTRs) and required documentation
- Provide order status updates and respond to customer inquiries (phone & email)
- Support order changes and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on open items
Provide support to outside sales representatives by supplying catalogs, promotional items, and related materials
- Maintain and manage inventory of all sales and marketing materials
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales support, customer service, or order processing experience
- Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Effective communication and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience a plus
