Job Description

Job Summary:  

The Senior Marketing Specialist leads the development and execution of external communications, marketing content, and digital channel strategies to support enterprise and brand objectives. This role is responsible for creating and managing agent communications, catastrophe (CAT) messaging, and a wide range of marketing materials, while ensuring consistency across all platforms. The position oversees website content and digital optimization efforts to enhance user experience and engagement. Additionally, the role leverages data analytics to assess performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations that drive continuous improvement and marketing effectiveness.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

    Lead the strategy and execution of external communications for agents, vendors, and key partners 

    Develop and distribute agent bulletins to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging 

    Manage catastrophe (CAT) communications, delivering accurate and responsive messaging during critical events 

    Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including advertisements, brochures, product materials, and tri-folds 

    Manage and update website content to ensure alignment with brand standards, messaging, and business priorities 

    Ensure all content and materials reflect a consistent and compelling brand voice across channels

    Optimize digital channels to enhance mobile responsiveness, usability, and overall customer experience 

    Identify opportunities to improve digital engagement and ensure alignment with enterprise marketing strategy

    Lead enterprise-wide promotional product design, sourcing, and ordering initiatives 

    Coordinate distribution of catastrophe-related materials for insurance villages and field operations 

    Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution of marketing deliverables across initiatives

    Leverage marketing data, analytics, and performance metrics to identify trends and actionable insights 

    Evaluate campaign and channel performance to inform decision-making

    Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, campaigns, and communication effectiveness 

    Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and outcomes

    Communicates with co-workers, management, clients, vendors, and others as needed in a courteous and professional manner. 

    Maintains the integrity of the company and products offered by complying with federal and state regulations as well as company policies and procedures.

    May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

    5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in corporate or insurance-related environments

    Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Experience with website content management, digital marketing, and social media platforms

    Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across multiple departments

    Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
