Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM or Friday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role:
This Gate Keeper role you will responsible for verifying tote counts, moving heavy pallets from Assembly to Pick Pack, and organizing finished good totes/pallets to keep our operations running smoothly. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to teamwork.

Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
- Ability to safely operate a manual pallet jack
- Able to stand and work for long periods of time (8+ hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and lift at least 50 lbs and move loaded pallets
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to stay organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Warehouse Management System Experience, Basic Math Skills, and Computer Skills
- Data Entry and Reporting and Process Improvement
