Position Summary:
The Housekeeping Laundry Assistant at WE LEVEL UP is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all linens and laundry items. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of hygiene and presentation expected by our guests and staff, contributing to the overall guest experience and operational efficiency.
Position Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold linens and other laundry items according to company standards.
- Operate laundry machinery such as washers, dryers, and ironers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect linens and laundry items for damage or stains, and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and tracking linens and supplies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and laundry items.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, and adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, addressing any laundry-related inquiries or requests promptly and professionally.
