Our team is supportive, engaged, and enjoys working together to achieve shared goals. We offer exceptional benefits and are committed to promoting your well-being both in and out of the workplace. Join DATAMARK as a Pricing Manager and contribute your expertise in a role where your impact truly matters!

The Pricing Manager is responsible for designing financially sound and operationally viable pricing solutions that support the company’s business development and client expansion efforts. Operating within the Finance organization but working cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Solution Design teams, this role translates client requirements into scalable service delivery models and competitive pricing structures.

The Pricing Manager combines financial analysis, operational understanding, and technical insight to build pricing models, develop client solution proposals, and ensure that all proposed engagements meet the company’s margin and profitability targets. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial and operational concepts into clear and actionable recommendations for leadership and client-facing teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Pricing Manager will design and develop comprehensive pricing models for new business opportunities, renewals, and client expansions.

• Partner with Business Development, Operations, and Client Services teams to design operational solutions that align with client requirements and company capabilities.

• Translate client requirements and operational workflows into financial models that support scalable and profitable service delivery.

• Analyze cost structures including labor, technology, infrastructure, and overhead to determine optimal pricing strategies.

• Evaluate pricing scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and financial forecasts to support executive decision-making.

• Ensure all proposed pricing meets company profitability, margin, and strategic growth objectives.

• Support RFP responses by building pricing models, cost structures, and financial assumptions that align with proposed service solutions.

• Present pricing strategies, financial models, and solution assumptions to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• The Pricing Manager will communicate financial assumptions, pricing logic, and operational dependencies clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Maintain standardized pricing frameworks, templates, and financial modeling tools to improve consistency and efficiency.

• Monitor market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor pricing strategies within the BPO industry.

• The Pricing Manager will collaborate with Finance leadership to ensure alignment with corporate financial planning, forecasting, and revenue targets.
