Office Professional II, Registrar, Randolph Elementary School, 260 Days, 8 Hrs/day
We are seeking a positive, team-oriented individual to serve as our Registrar at Randolph Elementary School, someone who demonstrates a warm, welcoming, and kind presence as the first point of contact for our school community. The ideal candidate will establish professional and respectful relationships with students, parents, staff, and visitors while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to multitask are essential, as this role requires balancing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and care. A collaborative mindset is key, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, adapting to the dynamic needs of a school setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine dedication to education, creativity in problem-solving, and a commitment to building meaningful relationships. Familiarity with Synergy, TAS, Excel, DocuShare, and Google Docs is preferred.
Requirements: Must be able to work independently, have strong organizational skills, oral/written communication skills, word processing and data entry skills, HS diploma or GED. Experience in a school setting is preferred. Job duties will include Registrar duties, maintenance of student files/records, correspondence, data entry, registration of new students, attendance, assisting with special education processes, report cards, scheduling classes, mail merge, or other duties as assigned.
This position is subject to a Veterans preference.
This position pays $21.39/hr.
