Job Description:
Job Summary

- Define corrective and preventive actions, assign responsible parties, track progress, and drive closure.
- Translate recurring field issues and lessons learned into standardized improvements, including process updates, coaching focus areas, and system or tooling changes.
- Own the Dipole performance framework, including logic design, rollout, refinement, and interpretation. Ensure performance metrics reinforce safe execution, cable life preservation, explosives compliance, and operational consistency.
- Prepare leadership‑ and customer‑facing operational summaries, dashboards, and one‑page updates that accurately reflect field performance.
- Own operational data visibility and reporting standards used for operations reviews and decision support.
- Serve as the operations representative for digital and system initiatives (e.g., Dipole Digital, dashboards).
- Define operational requirements for tools and systems; support adoption and workflow alignment.
- Support Quality Management System operational elements by institutionalizing corrective actions, learnings, and procedural updates.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with operations, maintenance, safety, tech support, and sales to ensure alignment.
- Support customer interactions, facility tours, and operational reviews by representing Silvertip’s execution standards and systems maturity.

- Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of the role.
