Responsibilities


  • Participate in processing of regular ongoing payrolls for 5,000+ employees in the Americas Region.
  • End to end processing of monthly payroll to ensure payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Review, reconcile, and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensuring that payroll activities, results and processes are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement.
  • Participate in retrospective review meetings with payroll vendor.
  • Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle queries and investigate request in related to pay and statutory related matter.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve high quality outcomes and deliverables.
  • Stay up to date on state and federal payroll and tax laws.
  • Temporary assignments or projects as the lead or team member.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable on Microsoft Office applications.
  • A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
  • Strong sense of commitment and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to support during public holidays and out of working hours if necessary.
