Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

In-Home + Hybrid Flexibility | Up to $110/hr | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus | Immediate Caseload | No Waitlist

Achieve ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's) across Colorado. Compensation

• $90.00 – $110.00 per hour

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality, ethical care

  • Provide compassionate support to families

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Ensure compliance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and company standards

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Minimum 1 Year BCBA Experience

  • Must reside in Colorado
