PAS Scheduler

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented PAS Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate daily schedules for our field staff, ensuring timely visits and an efficient workflow. The PAS Scheduler plays a vital role in supporting our Personal Assistance Services (PAS) program, helping deliver dependable, high‑quality care through effective scheduling, communication, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain daily schedules for PAS field staff
  • Manage scheduling requests, changes, cancellations, and urgent needs promptly
  • Communicate with staff and clients to confirm schedules and resolve conflicts
  • Track visit completion and follow up on missed or delayed visits
  • Generate and review scheduling reports to monitor efficiency and compliance
  • Stay current with requirements from MCOs, HHSC, and other regulatory entities
  • Collaborate with PAS Coordinators, Field Supervisors, and leadership to ensure client needs are met

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous scheduling or administrative experience required; healthcare or home care experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn agency software and EVV systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
