Hourly Kitchen Supervisor
Duties:
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistent quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
-Control food cost and labor cost without jeopardizing standards
- Collaborate with the ownership on menu specials
- Coordinate with restaurant management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Train new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and kitchen procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Provide Back of House procedures and training
-Assist with hiring, training, and holding Back of House accountable
-Run the kitchen and line as scheduled with ownership's direction
