Job Description

Crow Holdings is a diversified investment firm with a core focus on real estate, energy and defense. Founded in 1948 in Dallas, the company’s flagship real estate activities include development, investment management and long-term ownership. Over the past several years the firm has built out traditional and renewable energy platforms including operational capabilities in the E&P sector and community solar and battery deployment. Most recently, the company has initiated activities as an investor in the growing defense sector and is seeking to expand these efforts. Crow Holdings’ approach to defense investing reflects a preference for essential infrastructure, services and “pick and shovel” capabilities that support reindustrialization, national security and defense readiness, rather than highly speculative or unproven technologies. Early efforts have emphasized disciplined entry points into the ecosystem through fund investments in a number of venture capital and private equity funds, allowing Crow Holdings to build sector knowledge, develop trusted partnerships and refine its investment theses. Given the company’s historical relationship set with government and military professionals, its geographic footprint and campus location and longstanding commitment to civic engagement, Crow Holdings is poised to become a major player in the defense sector.
