Upholster – Assembler

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable candidate who is a team player to join our team as an Upholster Assembler. 

Key Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to install swivel mechanisms, ban feet, bases, sectional hardware, etc.  
• Inspect work for quality and consistency in accordance with company standards.
• Assist in other areas of the upholstery department as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Be able to turn and move furniture
• Ability to lift furniture pieces on and off a platform and on and off work carts.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced production area to meet the daily goals for the department 
• Ability to read production tickets and follow instructions printed on tickets.
• Ability to match corresponding feet/bases to frames

Shift: Monday to Thursday 7am – 4:30pm & Friday 7a-11a

Pay: Depends on experience
