Prairie View is seeking a compassionate and driven Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join our team in McPherson, Kansas. This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals and families through recovery while working alongside a collaborative clinical team.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to individuals and family members
• Conduct assessments both in-person and via telehealth
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Communicate regularly with referral sources and care partners
• Maintain clinical outcomes in alignment with Prairie View standards
• Support coordination of care and services across providers

Administrative Responsibilities

• Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Prairie View and licensing standards
• Attend administrative and team meetings as scheduled
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary staff
• Participate in clinical supervision as needed
• Engage in ongoing staff development and required trainings
