What You'll Do:

• Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Welcome guests, answer questions about our services, and help them find the best wash or membership option.
• Support Sales & Memberships: Confidently introduce guests to our wash packages and membership programs.
• Rotate Through Multiple Roles: Each shift includes a variety of responsibilities—helping keep the job engaging and fast-moving.
• Maintain a Clean, Organized Facility: Help maintain vacuum stations, company grounds, and the car wash tunnel to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Work as Part of a Team: Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment.

Schedule & Availability: We’re open 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Part-time team members should have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. 

Compensation:

• Pay: Starting at $13.75 - 15 per hour
• Incentive Program: Team members are eligible for monthly incentive rewards based on performance. 

Requirements

• Great Customer Service Skills: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests.
• Sales Confidence: Ability to recommend wash packages and promote memberships.
• Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable Working Outdoors: This role involves working outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure vehicles are properly prepped and the facility remains clean and safe.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: Works well with others and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
