Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand product goals and user needs.
- Redesign and improve the UI of the existing product to make it more visually engaging and user-friendly.
- Conduct user research and testing to ensure designs meet user expectations and needs.
- Maintain design consistency across the product, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Work with the development team to ensure smooth implementation of designs and provide support throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and new tools to continuously improve the user interface.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UI Designer in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Proven experience in creating, managing, and maintaining comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- High proficiency in Figma.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse UI design projects, built design system highlighting attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong visual design skills, including a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Fluent in English, with a strong command of the language for seamless collaboration in an international team environment. The ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment and adapt to feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience with UX design is a strong plus, particularly in applying UX principles to enhance the overall user experience.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
