Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – 25-26 School Year
Full time + 1099 | School-Based | Greater Fort Worth, Texas; Red Oak ISD (On-Site)

You became a BCBA to change lives—let’s make that change where it matters most.

At Thrive Therapies, we place BCBAs like you in K–12 schools across historically under-resourced communities, because we believe every student deserves expert, compassionate behavioral support. We’re not your typical healthcare company. We’re a mission-driven team committed to an employee-first culture and a powerful community of educators, providers, and change-makers.

Why BCBAs Love Working with Us:
- Caseloads designed for impact, not overload
- Support from a licensed BCBA clinical lead
- Collaborative IEP and intervention planning teams
- A shared resource library (no need to start from scratch!)
- Referral & performance bonus eligibility

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited institution
- Active BCBA certification (and ability to obtain TX license within the first year of hire)
- Successful background check before employment begins
- At least 1+ years of experience, with bonus points for school-based work (K–12)
- Passion for culturally responsive care and educational equity

What Makes Us Different:
We center you, the provider. Whether you’re designing a functional behavior plan for an elementary student or helping a high schooler build independence and confidence, we’re here to help you thrive. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with our BCBAs and school partners to make sure you’re supported, respected, and never alone.

Our Mission
Thrive is on a mission to revolutionize the care of children with disabilities.  We provide results-driven services and intelligent tools to support children’s development, well-being, and health.  At the heart of this mission are the people who change the trajectories of children’s lives.  We work for them.
