Description

Receive and prepare beverage orders including mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard beverage recipes.  Complete monetary transactions and maintain an accurate bank.  Monitor guest consumption. Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area and equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must have minimum of one (1) or more years of experience in the field. 

Knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques.

Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.

Other physical requirements include but are not necessarily limited to reaching, grasping, stretching, and kneeling.

Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
