Position Overview

• Title: Landscape Crew Member

• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

• Status: Full-Time

• Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional landscaping experience required

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the daily upkeep and aesthetic appeal of the campus grounds. Primary duties include:

• Turf Maintenance: Mowing, weed eating, and edging to maintain clean lawn lines.

• Horticulture: Pruning trees and shrubs, planting new greenery, and seasonal mulching.

• General Upkeep: Keeping walkways clear and assisting with other outdoor duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

To ensure the safety and quality of our operations, candidates must meet the following:

• Driving Record: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).

• Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.

• Professionalism: Ability to work efficiently on a school campus with a high level of reliability and respect for the environment.
